As Managing Principal of SRK Architects and a key strategic partner to Phoenix Hospitality Advisors, Brian specializes in conceptual design, repositioning strategy, entitlements, and brand integration for upscale hotel projects.

His portfolio includes major projects such as the Hotel Bel-Air Spa and Villas Addition, the Lake Arrowhead Resort Repositioning, the Sunset Plaza Hotel Addition in West Hollywood, and the Los Angeles Athletic Club renovation.

Brian’s team at SRK Architects provides end-to-end services from site assessment and master planning to full-service architecture and FF&E coordination, helping create properties that seamlessly blend guest experience with operational success.
